Unless otherwise stated, frames and accessories shown in product images are not included.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been received for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds for products that are delivered correctly and are free from defects.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing your request, we may offer an exchange if the claim is approved.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including our store name, logo, branding, graphics, and original content, is the property of Aura G or is used with appropriate permission.

Trademarks, logos, characters, and artwork belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aura G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
